How can I pay?
We have several options for payment; Cash on Delivery for orders under £300, Bank Payment, select this option and we will email you an invoice with our bank details on, you can pay proforma or transfer on delivery. Card payment, you can make payment using accepted debit and credit cards or klarna pay later via instalments. For card payment place the order and then when we contact you to confirm we can send you a secure card payment link
When will i receive my goods?
Delivery is usually within 7 working days of payment received.
What if I don’t like my product and want to return it?
If you product breaks with correct usage we will guarantee for 3 years and replace free of charge. If you decide to change your mind then the items can be returned to us or we can organise collection. The customer will be responsible for return charges.
Are these products made in UK and is the wood from sustainable forests?
All our products are made here in the UK, all wood is FSC approved so the wood comes from sustainable forests.sh
